Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, special launches, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damages & Issues

  • We carefully package each order, but if your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at woodlandlaneco@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.

Delays

  • Woodland Lane Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays and busy seasons.

​RETURN POLICY

At Woodland Lane Co., we want you to love your candles and wax melts as much as we love making them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at woodlandlaneco@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items

  • For safety and quality reasons, used candles, wax melts, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Gift Returns

  • If you received our product as a gift and would like to exchange it, we can issue a credit for the value of the item once it has been returned to us.
